Spaceframe Buildings provided a full design and construct contract for King and Co’s latest development, dual-tenancy industrial warehouse and office facility located in the ever-growing region, south of Brisbane, at Berrinba.
Tenancy 1 for QLM had specific requirements for their new facility splitting the warehouse area. The development consists of office space, 385 m2 and the warehouse section segmented into 1,337 m2 for the factory and 1,337 m2 of warehouse storage area.
Tenancy 2 was completed to King and Co’s standard specifications in preparation for a new tenant.
