28 Brickworks Place is an office and warehouse development for Goodman Australia consisting of a 2-storey administration office and a 9,750 m² warehouse.

Spaceframe Buildings undertook the full design and construct process from the services design including structural, hydraulic and mechanical services through to the construction and handover of the new Goodman development.
The new facility shares a boundary wall with Beaumont Tiles, therefore, the combined facilities required full vehicle access around both buildings to meet fire standards. With separate access driveways for heavy vehicles to the warehouse and light vehicles to the car park guarantees a safe facility.
