Santos Logistic Hub at Roma was constructed to service their mining interests in the west Queensland area.
Santos Roma Logistic Hub is a purpose built facility for Santos to maximise and make efficient the GLNG works in the Maranoa region.
The building includes 280 m2 of administrative office and 3,000 m2 of warehouse. The facility includes more than 10,000 m2 of external hardstand.
The building is fully sprinkled and includes hazardous goods storage. The scope of works also included external road works upgrades.
