Ingham’s longstanding building at Lytton was a full design and construct programme which entailed partial demolition of existing structures, refurbishment of these areas including a new Scantec low ammonia, energy efficient refrigeration system and extensions.

The new facility contains 9,610 m² of chiller and cold room with 254 m² of dry storage areas. The vibrant office space covers 1,192 m² with an operations office of 277 m² both with well-appointed amenities and facilities for their staff.
Thorough design and pre-construction planning combined with our Site Management team’s experience ensured the demolition was a seamless, well-managed process allowing the new extension to proceed with minimal disruptions.
