SCOTT STARTED HIS CONSTRUCTION CAREER IN THE BRITISH ARMY AT THE AGE OF 18. THE DISCIPLINES, TEAMWORK AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL THAT HE LEARNT AS A ROYAL ENGINEER ASSISTED HIM IN BECOMING AN AWARD WINNING SITE MANAGER.
