Spaceframe were approached by Archerfield Airport Corporation to design and construct the first warehouse and office facility in the Transition - Archerfield Logistics Estate. Promoted as the last, premium large-scale distribution location within 11kms of the Brisbane CBD, this project was designed to be a perfect blank canvas ready for a seamless transition by the future tenant.
The Spaceframe Way methodology delivers a unique construction model encompassing all the core disciplines required for a successful build under one roof. The key deliverables of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire services utilised in this project were prepared for and managed by the Spaceframe team in close collaboration with our trusted subcontractors.
