The new Loscam facility in Richlands manufactures wooden and plastic pallet products for material handling companies.
Spaceframe Buildings provided Loscam with a full design and construction program for their new Richland facility. With Spaceframe controlling every aspect from the MCU stage and council approval, designing all services including hydraulics, structural, electrical, mechanical and fire services through to handover and completion ensured a quicker turnaround – The Spaceframe Way.
The new facility comprises of a single storey office administration space and an attached warehouse for repairing and storing of pallets.
