Portgate Waterfront Facility

Portgate’s latest administration and warehouse facility is located along the waterfront precinct at Port of Brisbane. Spaceframe Buildings has developed a strong relationship with Portgate and provided another successful full design and construct service.

Consisting of a 518 m² freestanding single-storey administration office and a 5,500 m² stand-alone warehouse with access from three sides. The external post tensioned slab was specifically designed to withstand the heavy loads of forklifts and stacked shipping containers.
With continual collaboration with our client throughout the entire process, Spaceframe provided all design aspects including structural, hydraulic, electrical, fire and mechanical services, completed the full construction process through to the handover of a functional, well-designed facility.
